After Placing Your Order

  • Order Confirmation: We will send you an email with your shipment date. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
  • Delivery Times: UPS Next Day Air delivery typically occurs between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM, depending on your location.
  • Rescheduling Shipments: To reschedule, please notify us at least one business day in advance. We cannot guarantee last-minute requests or those received after business hours.

How Much Is Shipping?

  • Flat Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of $49.99 for UPS Next Day Air services.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free weekday shipping (excludes shipments to Alaska and Puerto Rico).
  • Non-Live Goods: Shipping costs for non-live items are calculated at checkout and also qualify for free shipping on orders over $250.
  • Alaska Shipments: Orders to Alaska incur a small additional fee, waived on orders over $399.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available to most locations for an additional fee.

Can I Track My Order?

  • Live Orders: Shipped via UPS Next Day Air with tracking information provided via email.
  • Non-Live Goods: Shipped separately, typically through ground services from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking details will be emailed to you.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

  • Origin: All corals are shipped from our aquaculture facility in Sacramento, California.
  • Year-Round Shipping: We ship throughout the year and include necessary hot or cold packs to ensure your corals arrive safely.
  • Hawaii Restrictions: Due to state laws, we are unable to ship corals to Hawaii.

Additional Notes

  • Separate Shipments for Non-Live Goods: Non-live items are shipped separately from live orders and may arrive at different times.

Which Corals Are Covered by Our Guarantee?

At Coral Craze, we stand by the health and vitality of every coral you purchase. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, all corals come with our Alive on Arrival (AOA) Guarantee.

Please note:

  • Specialty Items & Expert-Only Corals: Certain corals deemed "expert only" or specialty items may not be eligible for the AOA Guarantee. These exclusions will be clearly indicated in the product description.

We understand how important it is to receive healthy corals. If you suspect your coral may be dead or struggling upon arrival, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:

  • Immediate Action: Examine your coral within the first four hours of delivery.
  • Photograph: Take clear, high-resolution photos of the coral in daylight (avoid actinic lighting) to document its condition.

2. Contact Us

  • Email Us: Send the photos along with your order details to support@coral-craze.com within four hours of delivery
  • Response Time: Our support team will typically respond within one business day to assist you further.

3. Receive Your Resolution

We offer flexible solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Replacement: Receive a healthy coral in a future shipment.
  • Gift Card: Get a gift card for future purchases.
  • Refund: Obtain a refund to your original payment method.

Each Dead on Arrival (DOA) claim is handled individually to provide the best possible outcome based on your preference.
